As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days of concluding it, without giving any reason. Your contracting party is FWRD Digital, Utrechtseweg 95-3, 3702 AA Zeist, the Netherlands (KvK 42057087).
Withdrawing in your account. You concluded the subscription online, so you can also withdraw online: open Billing & subscription in your account and choose Withdraw from contract here. Enter your name and click Confirm withdrawal. You immediately receive an acknowledgement by email with the content of your statement and the date and time you submitted it. The button is there for as long as the withdrawal period runs. You can also email us or use the model form below.
Starting during the withdrawal period. At checkout we ask you to expressly request that we start delivering immediately. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you pay an amount proportionate to what we have already delivered at that moment, calculated on the total price of the period you chose (one month or one year). Thanks to our 30-day money-back guarantee (see the refund policy), in practice you get your first payment back in full.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who enter into the agreement in the course of a profession or business.
Money back within 30 days. Separately from the right of withdrawal, we refund your first payment for a FWRD Studio subscription in full if you ask within 30 days of that payment, also if you asked us to start immediately and also if you are a business customer. How that works is set out in our refund policy.
For one-time services (domain registration, setup fees through a partner) your right of withdrawal lapses as soon as we have fully performed the service, if you expressly agreed to that at checkout.
